• Included in the price: Room, meals, up to 12 CEUs for LPCs/PLPCs and 11 CEUs for LCSWs, daily yoga and a sound bath (included as a CEU for LPCs/PLPCs).

• Extras: A low ropes course and zip line are also available at an additional fee for groups wanting team building experiences (minimum 20 participants).​​

​

• Co-Rooming: If selecting a double or triple occupancy room, you will be given the opportunity to select your roommate.

​

• ​Refunds: Tickets are refundable up to 10/19/26 and price includes a non-refundable $100 deposit.

​

• Rainy Day: In the event of inclement weather, the Wesley Center is equipped to provide multiple interior and exterior spaces that will still allow most events to proceed.

​

• Services: The full grounds of the Wesley Center are handicap accessible, including the walking path.  Please let us know if you require a downstairs bedroom to accommodate your needs.

• ​Allergies: We are prepared to cook with all food allergies in mind.  Upon selecting your ticket, you will be asked for food allergies.  Please let us know how we can best serve you.

• PR Agreement: By attending Restoration Retreats, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be recorded and used in promotional materials. There is no expectation of privacy in public areas.  However, if you would like to be omitted from any media, please notify us at check in.

​

• Safety: Guests will be required to sign Informed Consent, Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver, and Hold Harmless agreement.
